RESCHEDULE POLICY
Free reschedule allowable up to 7 days before your start time and depends on availability. After this, rescheduling is not allowed.
CANCELATION POLICY
Free cancellation allowable up to 90 days before your session date. After this, deposit is non-refundable.
PAYMENT INFO
We accept payments with bank transfer and Wise.
All services require 10% deposit (minimum 500 NOK) to secure your booking and is due upon booking confirmation. The remaining 90% is due on the photoshoot day.

PREFERENCES
Usually within six weeks of your Fjord Photoshoot we will confirm addresses, contact numbers, arrival times, locations, likes, dislikes and any other matters that require discussion. We don’t want to leave anything to chance, so please don’t assume anything. If you would like something, simply ask for it.
OUTFITS
You should plan outfits you will use and any additions that need to be book such as hair and make-up. Look through our photography styles and choose the style you want. Be sure to let us know before your session begins. Also consider the weather, terrain and any hiking that is required. Sometimes it is best to dress for hiking and have your photoshoot wardrobe in a backpack and change on location.
WHAT TO BRING
It is always advisable to bring snacks and drinks, and we do offer a local snack package with warm and cold drinks to add to your photoshoot adventure if you prefer to be pampered.
SAFETY
Safety is always the most important aspect during all our photoshoots. We are exposed in nature and there are things that can go wrong. We want to limit any natural dangers by being careful, staying away from edges and planning well. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear and be respectful to nature at all times.
